In my personal opinion it was "Sick Nick Mondo", he did some really violent matches many times. He was so extreme that he ended his carrer after 2 years of non-stop hardcore matches.

I injoyed "sick" nick, but he was depressed and suicidal thats why he did that stuff. he just didnt care. my pick would be Jun kasai. with some other BJW guys coming in close to him. there all nuts.

Mick Foley. He freaking got part of his ear torn off during a match, and has some really bad burns from when he wrestled in the King of The Deathmatch tournament in Japan. Adding to that, his injuries are a list so big that it's shocking that he still works for the WWE at times.
Him, or, more likely, Sabu. Those scars didn't come from falling down the stairs.

yea didnt that happen in normal wrestling match not even a hardcore/deathmatch?
i mean i like mick foley and all. but jun kasai did a razor blade board match! his back is jacked up more then sabus whole body!

Oh yeah yeah... i saw a clip of that match, the guy's back had several deep cuts and the blood started to came out right after he made his body to a side of the board... really sick. |

got to be foley noone else as for people saying sick nick mondo i think people like mad man pondo and rudeboy but mick is the most hardcore terry funk mabie a close 2nd
