1st I find the T-Shirt I want using google or photobucket, then I use MS Paint to copy the T-Shirt graphic, then I paste it onto one of the shirts I've already made using Paint.net, then you resize it, and there you go. Feel free to use any of the t-shirts I've made for a template, just paint it the color it is, or paste the graphic over the existing graphic.

Those are good except it needs to show the skin on the shirt like on mine, but I would use those same graphics.
