Activation Key Problems

Im not sure if its true but i think this recent problems have to do something with the incident on Proboards Data Center, the report read as follows:

On May 31st, 3:45pm Pacific Time a transformer exploded outside of The Planet's H1 data center in Texas destroying an electrical room and causing a power outage throughout the entire data center. We had a total of 25 servers located in this data center.

If you are trying to register a new account and you do not recieve the Activation Key on your email inbox please try to check your Junk Mail bin or wait a until the next day before requesting a new activation key, specially if you are using a hotmail account for registration.

Also you can add these e-mail addresses to your address book, it will probably help you on getting the e-mail.

With the recent update Hotmail raised the spam filter level and now it filters lots of messages and even more if its sent by an email bot (like Proboards'). Also Proboards have reported that users with AOL email addresses have problems recieving the mail Activation Key.

Finally i want to make clear that this is not Encore Mall's fault, its the service provider's (Proboards), we (the Admin Team) do the best we can to run this place, so do not blame us for something is beyond our control.
