This recent events made me think about the current status of the forum and I think its time to make a change.
The Encore Mall now has 600+ members and more than 50% of those members are 0 posters, members that only sign in to get download links of our mods, 30% are inactive and 20% are members that participate actively. This situation only helps to make a huge database of 0 posters that don’t contribute with this site at all.
So from now on all mod boards are open to the public, that way only people that has an honest interest and want to contribute with this forum will sign in.
But which is the benefit of being an active member?... you will have access to a VIP Board were you will be able to download exclusive material such as updates, extras skins for a mod, etc., How can I be active? By replying (not spamming) and creating topics.
Also only members will get support and troubleshooting help from us. Plus, from now on only members will be able to post. No more guests posts.

i thnk that is great idea for this board cuz i see these 1-4 poster's much but they aint 0 posters so i'm fine with them but they may should be more active please
