New members rank system

From now on all members (staff included) will have 2 ranks, the old rank based on championships and the new will be based on how active a member is.

The rankings are the following

New member
Junior member
Regular member
Full Member
Senior member
Legend

Its based on post count.

But i doesn't give you any privilege its just a title that shows how active you are.

Staff isnt included on this rank 'cause obviously you need to be active to be a staff member

I dont want to say how many post you need but yes you are a full member

Why? cause im saving the info for the VIP area, when i find the way to make it work without spammers around.
