Is not old but you cant make mods for TWC3 cause its not a game its just a patch that adds realistic textures... but you can make mods for Wrestling Encore, the game itself, (anyway this comment is irrelevant right now)
There is no new version of that patch at least not that i know but i saw ( some months ago) something about TWC3 alpha (or something like that), dont know whats about... but MM.net is probably working on a twc4 for the new wrestling game.
About modding items (tables, ladder, etc) wish you good luck and hope you release something in the future 'cause since im a modder i only saw around 2 original mods (i mean mods made from scratch).

As Tek said you can't create weapons for TWC3, rather you can create new weapons for Encore which can work along side of TWC3.
TWC3 had several 3D mods including into it. Which included a completely new world, Every arena and place you could visit got a 3d upgrade.(Office, Hospital, gym, etc)
Anyway TWC3 X or Alpha(No solid name yet) is scheduled for a release soon. Which will include new weapons and other 3d mods. You can see two of them via my signature.
But your best bet if to read teknoman's tutorial or some other tutorial on the net on how to 3d objects if you don't know yet.

It will be hard for you to 3D mod if you cant even speak in proper sentences.
