hey i know this is about arena modding but i was curious to know where can i get the guitar that is shown above...I would definitely be interested in putting it into the game thanks in advance.

It hasn't been released yet, but its part of TWC 3: X which should be released soon.

Arena modding is way more easy tha other type of modding (basicaly 'cause you dont need to animate), you just add 3d objects and the game loads the without problems you only need to keep all the original objec names (apron, entrance, wall01, wall02, etc), otherwise you'll get Memory Access Violation (MAV).
